  • Miniature

    Columbia Research Laboratories

This group is made up of the 6000 and 7000 Series Accelerometers. The 6000 Series offers detachable cables and connector assemblies, a special inverted seismic element for mechanical isolation and other features normally available only on standard size sensors. The 7000 Series are true "shear-mode" design accelerometers which offer performance characteristics and accuracies normally only available with standard size accelerometers. High temperature models of these series are available and will operate to +500°F. For best performance use with Columbia Model 4601 Charge Amplifier or Model 5810 Inline Charge Converter.

  • General Purpose

    Columbia Research Laboratories

This group of accelerometers is made up of the 3000 and 5000 Series. The 3000 Series are standard size units, including many with all welded construction, that are hermetically sealed for use in dirty and humid environments. The 5000 Series are smaller and lighter in weight than standard units. Characteristics are almost identical except that with miniature units higher natural frequencies and shock levels can be obtained due to their inherently reduced mass. Sensitivities, however are somewhat lower. High Temperature models are available that operate to +500°F. For best performance use with the Columbia Model 4601 Charge Amplifier or Model 5810 Inline Charge Converter.

  • Signal Conditioning System

    28000 - Precision Filters, Inc.

The Precision 28000 Signal Conditioning System makes it easy to manage a test with up to 256 channels of fully programmable transducer conditioning. Choose a mix of bridge, charge, IEPE w/TEDS, voltage (filter amplifier), strain, thermocouple, RTD/potentiometer, frequency, or other transducers. Self-tests traceable to NIST. 4, 8 and 16-slot rugged and transportable mainframes feature integrated cooling. Customize the 28000 for high-speed transient applications, static applications, or a combination of both.

  • Clock Drivers

    Pulse Instruments

Multiple timing signals ("clocks") are required by CCDs, IR FPAs, and some CMOS image sensors to transport electrical charge across the array to a sense amplifier for conversion into image data. Pulse Instruments offers a line of "clock drivers" for generating these timing signals. The parameters of these clocks (clock rate, pulse width, pulse amplitude, rise- and fall-times, etc.) greatly influence the behavior and performance of the imaging device. Our products take logic-level inputs from a pattern generator and allow the user to adjust the output parameters to suit their device and testing requirements. Clocks can be "tweaked" in real-time to determine optimal operating parameters for a particular device, or else programmed in accordance with a test plan for automated production test.

  • Signal Conditioners

General Purpose - Encore Electronics, Inc.

Encore offers a complete line of General Purpose Signal Conditioning instrumentation to meet even the most demanding requirements. Packaged as interchangeable two-channel plug-in modules, Encore’s broad product line includes frequency to voltage converters, strain gage amplifiers, accelerometer conditioners, digital voltmeters and DC power supplies. All of our systems feature a common CAL input on the rear of the rack which allows for calibration of the entire rack. Calibration function varies based on the modules installed. For example, the Model 633 applies a shunt calibration resistor across the bridge, while the Model 149 applies a reference charge source to the input. Contact Encore today and let our team of design engineers help you determine which of our products is best for your application.
